Garage Sale Rules and Regulations
Residents will have an hour before and hour after to set up to and take down. Items must be within your own driveway and kept off the lawns, sidewalks, and roads. Each garage sale must be presented in a cleanly and organized manner. Refrain from creating piles of items/junk. Resident garage sale signs are not allowed. The Esperanza management team will set out community garage sale signs at the entrance of the community. If residents do not abide by the rules, there will be a fine issued.
A compliance manager will be driving the community to ensure that rules are being followed.
